Privacy Notice
This notice explains how information submitted through YOUYI resource request forms is collected, used, transferred and managed.

2. Information collected
The form requires your name and email address. Country or region, investor type and business type are optional. The form service may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser type, access time, referring page and anti-spam or security signals.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to provide the requested language edition of the WFOE checklist, respond to registration-preparation questions, identify the form source and language, prevent duplicate, abusive or spam submissions, maintain form security, troubleshoot delivery and keep an appropriate record of the enquiry. Submission does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
4. Formspree and processing in the United States
Resource forms use Formspree, Inc. to process, store, protect and deliver submissions to YOUYI. Formspree operates in the United States and states that its service is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Form data and related technical information may therefore be provided to and processed by Formspree in the United States.
Read Formspree's Privacy Policy and security information. Formspree lists team@formspree.io for privacy questions. YOUYI remains responsible for explaining its own use of the information and responding to requests concerning its records.
We currently do not connect this resource request form to a CRM, webhook, Google Sheets, Zapier, marketing platform or another downstream integration. If a new recipient or integration is enabled in the future, we will reassess the relevant processing before activation and update this Privacy Notice where required.
5. Retention and deletion
We normally retain information submitted through a resource request form for 12 months after the last relevant interaction. At the end of that period, related copies in the Formspree Inbox, notification mailbox and controlled working files will be deleted through our quarterly review process, unless a longer period is required by law, needed to handle a dispute, or the information has been transferred into an active client file.
6. Your choices and requests
You may contact YOUYI to ask what form information we hold about you, request a copy, correction or deletion, withdraw consent for future processing, or ask how it has been handled. We will assess each request against applicable requirements and technical availability; this notice does not promise instant or unconditional deletion. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out before withdrawal.
