Does changing business scope replace a required license or permit?
No. Changing the registered business scope does not replace a separate license or permit where the activity is regulated. We can review whether one may apply.
What documents do you need from us?

Do bank, tax, customs or permit records also need updating?
Possibly. It depends on the change. Some government information may be shared, but bank, tax, customs, permit and other records may still need separate review or update. We review which follow-on updates are relevant to you.
Can shareholder or equity changes have tax implications?
They can, depending on the transaction. We identify where tax or other specialist questions may arise and coordinate further review.
Is there a deadline for filing company changes?
For changes to registered particulars, the change registration application should generally be filed within 30 days after the relevant change resolution or decision is made, or after the statutory change event occurs. Different requirements may apply depending on the type of change and whether prior approval is required, so we confirm the filing requirements for each case.
