What YOUYI coordinates
The Annual Cycle
- Enterprise annual reporting preparation
- Foreign-investment information preparation
- CIT annual reconciliation preparation & filing within scope
- Year-end record review
- Correction & supplementary follow-up
YOUYI organizes your annual compliance cycle, reviews year-end records, prepares annual reporting and CIT reconciliation work, coordinates submission and follows up on corrections or supplementary requirements — for an active company, a dormant one, or one with incomplete past records.
Separate from monthly bookkeeping, recurring tax filing and VAT/fapiao operations — this fits a foreign-invested company, an active trading or service company, a dormant or low-activity company, or one with incomplete or changed records.
Companies generally report the previous year's information through NECIPS during the annual reporting period. YOUYI reviews company information, prepares reporting data, coordinates submission and follows up on corrections where needed. Acceptance of the report rests with the market regulation authority through NECIPS.
FIEs report required annual foreign-investment information through NECIPS. This forms part of FIE annual reporting obligations — not a separate nationwide paper filing through a different portal. YOUYI prepares and coordinates the work.
CIT annual reconciliation is separate from monthly or quarterly prepayments. YOUYI reviews records, prepares the reconciliation and coordinates or files the annual tax return within the agreed tax scope. No tax result or refund is promised.
YOUYI checks year-end ledger consistency, bank/accounting status, invoice consistency where relevant to annual filing, financial statement readiness and historical gaps.
Under the PRC Company Law, companies prepare financial accounting reports at year-end and have them audited according to law. YOUYI is not an audit firm and does not issue an independent audit opinion. Where CPA audit is required or included in scope, YOUYI may coordinate records and the third-party process — the service fee does not automatically include an independent audit.
Where missing or inconsistent annual information is identified, YOUYI reviews the issue and coordinates correction or supplementary work. Outcomes still depend on the company's records and authority review.
Preparing and coordinating your annual filings is not the same as accepting them or auditing your accounts.
What YOUYI coordinates
Not decided by YOUYI
YOUYI coordinates the annual compliance cycle. Authorities, filing systems and independent auditors decide the outcome.
You supply company and year-end records; YOUYI prepares and coordinates the annual work.
Deliverables cover the annual cycle — not an authority approval certificate. YOUYI does not guarantee authority acceptance, a tax outcome or an audit opinion.
Enterprise annual reporting and, for FIEs, foreign investment information reporting are generally submitted together through the same National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (NECIPS) process, with information shared between authorities — but they serve different regulatory purposes, and CIT annual reconciliation is a separate tax process. Confirm requirements for your company and year.
Market-regulation annual company-information reporting through NECIPS. Generally due January 1 to June 30 for the previous year's information.
For FIEs, foreign-investment information is generally reported together with the enterprise annual report through the same NECIPS process, with information shared between authorities — serving an additional, separate reporting purpose, not a separate nationwide filing through a different portal.
Annual corporate income tax reconciliation through the tax filing system, separate from enterprise annual reporting. Generally completed within five months after the tax year ends.
Annual Compliance does not replace monthly bookkeeping, recurring tax filing or VAT/fapiao operations.

No fixed public price. Quotation depends on the actual annual compliance scope for your company. These are the factors that move it.
Send company status, business activity and current bookkeeping status. YOUYI then returns:
YOUYI coordinates preparation and submission within scope; authorities and filing systems retain their statutory roles.
YOUYI confirms your company status and which annual items apply.
You provide the year-end records; YOUYI checks them for consistency.
YOUYI prepares the annual reporting data and the CIT reconciliation.
YOUYI coordinates submission and follows up on any corrections or supplementary items.
Three points that shape how annual compliance runs.
Shanghai practice
The team works from the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in Pudong and coordinates the annual cycle locally.
Our work centres on the annual reporting and reconciliation questions foreign-invested companies actually face.
We say plainly when a step needs an independent auditor, rather than blurring our coordination role with theirs.
The same team can continue from company registration into the bank account, accounting, tax and annual compliance.
The checklist, the route and the quotation are confirmed before YOUYI starts the annual cycle.
Most China companies need enterprise annual reporting through NECIPS and CIT annual reconciliation through the tax system. FIEs also report foreign-investment information within the annual reporting framework. Exact items depend on company status and applicable rules.
