Is there one universal import-export license in China?
For ordinary goods, no. China does not use one universal import-export license that covers every company and product. Companies may need customs filing and operational setup, while regulated goods can require separate licenses, permits or other approvals depending on the product and applicable rules.
What does a company normally need to start importing or exporting?
The steps are not identical for every company. Preparation commonly includes a company registration and business scope review, customs filing, Single Window or E-Port setup, bank, accounting and tax preparation, and product-specific regulatory checks.
Can YOUYI manage the customs filing and setup process?
Yes, within the agreed scope. YOUYI prepares and coordinates the customs filing and related setup, including system access, and coordinates with your bank, accountant and tax filing. YOUYI does not grant registration or decide customs acceptance; the customs authority and other institutions make their own decisions.
Do I need Single Window or E-Port setup?
Not every company needs every system or card. YOUYI reviews your operations and sets up the access they call for.
Is export tax refund included automatically?
No. Customs filing and import-export setup are separate from export tax refund eligibility and filing. YOUYI reviews readiness, but eligibility and any refund depend on the company's transactions, tax status, supporting documents and the applicable tax rules.
How is the service scope and fee determined?
By your company's current status, existing customs filing status, product categories, whether regulated goods are involved, system access needs, coordination needs and whether it is a first-time setup or a change. YOUYI quotes after the setup review.
