This notice explains how the information you send us by email, WhatsApp or telephone is used, retained and managed. The website no longer collects enquiries through an online form.

2. Information collected
We receive whatever you choose to send us when you write to us by email, message us on WhatsApp or call us. That normally includes your name, the contact address or number you write from, and the details of the matter you are asking about. We do not ask you to complete an online form, and the website does not collect enquiry details itself.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to answer your enquiry, set out the applicable route and document list, and keep an appropriate record of the correspondence. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
4. Retention and deletion
We normally retain enquiry correspondence for 12 months after the last relevant interaction. At the end of that period, related copies in our mailbox and controlled working files will be deleted through our quarterly review process, unless a longer period is required by law, needed to handle a dispute, or the information has been transferred into an active client file.
5. Your choices and requests
You may contact YOUYI to ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, correction or deletion, withdraw consent for future processing, or ask how it has been handled. We will assess each request against applicable requirements and technical availability; this notice does not promise instant or unconditional deletion. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out before withdrawal.
